With a 136-year history, the International Association of Public Transport, more commonly known as UITP (www.uitp.org) is the preeminent global organisation of transport authorities / operators, policy decision-makers, scientific institutes and the public transport supply and services industry.

Since 2019, cOlab have been providing global training and service performance assessment resource to the UITP. Our staff have worked onsite in China, UAE, Saudi Arabia, South Africa, Australia and online. We provide to UITP members around the world, best practise advice and guidance for the development of public transport-oriented urban planning, sustainable mobility, service quality development, service design, marketing & communications, travel information / wayfinding and non-fare revenue generation.
