With 20+ years’ experience, Rob specialises in user-focused transit design—from wayfinding and branding to service development. His work spans global projects, including Auckland’s North-West Bus Improvements and Jakarta’s pandemic response framework.

Ben Ross

Director - Human Experience Engineering & Spatial Planning

Ben is an urban strategist with 10+ years’ experience in spatial planning and human experience design. He specialises in transit-oriented development, tactical urbanism, and project storytelling, with work spanning Auckland’s Innovative Streets Programme and global initiatives with UITP.

Nicholas Lee

Director - Business Strategy and Climate Change Advocacy

Nic is a commercial strategist with a diverse background in digital tech, logistics, and property development. He combines business insight with community advocacy, supporting initiatives that drive better, more sustainable urban living.

Auckland: Northwestern Bus Improvements

We used internationally-recognised transit service design approaches to ensure transfers between bus services for passengers at each interchange are as seamless as possible and that each interchange will produce increased bus service use in the North-West from Day One of service launch in 2023.
